New Feature: Feedback Call

13DesignStreet brings a new feature of Feedback Calls to its Gym Management Software - India's most affordable and easy to use gym software. This new feature gives you alert for the FIRST feedback call to the client after 7 days from Date of Joining. This new feature allows you to add feedback of clients and update first, second, third and so on feedbacks.
All the feedbacks are saved with auto time and date on the server. You can review feedback later on the client profile page.

Directions to Review Feedback
Step 1) Open gym software dashboard
Step 2) Click on Feedback button right after client number
Step 3) This will open a pop-up and you can add Feedback
Step 4) You should update the status of feedback, if you keep status pending software will alert you for second feedback, but if you complete the feedback, the software will not give you alert.
Step 5) To review feedback go to Clients > Client Profile > Below Profile details > Feedback History

Feedback call can help you improve customer service, feedback will help you to improve services and it also make your client feel that you really care for them. Bad feedback will increase the scope of improvement of your gym and a good feedback is always good.
